I was very pleased that Unionville Heating promptly responded (within 1 hour) to to my request for help for loud buzzing from the outside unit whilst the fan was running. System appeared to be cooling the house.The technician was very friendly and quickly diagnosed the problem -faulty relay which he replaced and checked the system over. Well Done Unionville Heating. I am happy our plan covered the cost.
