I called Unionville Heating and Air for advice when another company servicing my furnace wasn’t getting the job done: I had been patiently enduring 8 days without heat in the middle of February, despite repeat visits from the technician, and I was losing it! John not only took my call, he listened to my story, calmed me down and offered to contact the other company on my behalf to ensure they were going to get the job done properly. He called me back immediately to reassure me and encourage me to give the other company one more chance to correct the problem. He then gave me his cell number and told me to call if the problem wasn’t solved by that evening. The next morning he called back to see if I had heat (yes, finally I did). I’m not even his customer, and yet John took the time to  listen to my concerns, advocated on my behalf, and checked in on me the next day. That kind of customer service is rare in these days, and you can be sure I’ll give my future business to Unionville. Very impressive.
