Excellent customer service that started with the owner, John, and was emulated by all the staff that showed up to service and then install our air conditioner. John guided us through many options to try to save money where we could and the whole team was excellent to work with.

We’re happy to provide a comment today. The customer service we’ve received over the years from Unionville Heating and Air Conditioning has always been excellent. This was especially true during a recent heat wave when I called for a service repair for air conditioning Lisa answered my call promptly and although their schedules were already overbooked Brenson an outstanding, experienced technician did not disappoint. He was able to order the part but in the meantime he performed a ?MacGyver? repair joining two parts together temporarily until the new part could be installed. Eric did an amazing job fixing my A/C unit! He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. As an 87 year old widow with several health issues, I was upset when my very old air conditioner quit working in the recent heat wave. I called Unionville Heating and they had Brenson out the same day. He tried valiantly to fix it, but it was not possible.

I received a quote on a new unit quickly, which I agreed to, and Michelle called in a couple of days to say installation would be the next Monday afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised.

Jacob arrived promptly on Monday and started to dismantle the old unit.

Shortly after, Dave, Christian and Nick arrived. What a great professional crew. They were polite and friendly and extremely efficient. Went right to work. By 6 pm they were testing and by 6:30 they were all done and heading out and I had cool air coming out of the vents. I would highly recommend Unionville Heating and Air Conditioning ltd.. They are a credit to the industry. You will not go wrong using them for your heat and air conditioning needs.

Several visits to review problems. All appears to be operating as intended. A/C has had a workout over last several days and performed properly. Service was prompt and Todd gave the system a solid check over and analysis.
