As an 87 year old widow with several health issues, I was upset when my very old air conditioner quit working in the recent heat wave. I called Unionville Heating and they had Brenson out the same day. He tried valiantly to fix it, but it was not possible.

I received a quote on a new unit quickly, which I agreed to, and Michelle called in a couple of days to say installation would be the next Monday afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised.

Jacob arrived promptly on Monday and started to dismantle the old unit.

Shortly after, Dave, Christian and Nick arrived. What a great professional crew. They were polite and friendly and extremely efficient. Went right to work. By 6 pm they were testing and by 6:30 they were all done and heading out and I had cool air coming out of the vents. I would highly recommend Unionville Heating and Air Conditioning ltd.. They are a credit to the industry. You will not go wrong using them for your heat and air conditioning needs.

Eric was very pleasant and efficient . Diagnosed furnace problem promptly and had heat again by the time he came back upstairs!He said that he would follow up with us regarding replacing the part (sticky valve I believe) as soon as possible.

Guys were great! They showed me how to use the built in humidifier properly and how to maintain it going forward. Also talked to me a bit about the furnace for my own education even though it’s covered by our condo corp. Much appreciated!
