First time calling Unionville Heating for service on a very very cold morning Very impressed with the response time once I left a message on the after hours line about my issueEric called back and gave me a 2 hour window as to when to expect a technicianHe further followed up to let me know that Wilson (picture and all, which I very much appreciated) was on route to my home Wilson arrived promptly He was able to diagnose, rectify the problem and most of all gave me a detailed explanation of the issue. Very professional and efficient All in all, a very good experience.
